(3A) The Governor may, by the commission of a person’s appointment as a member or by a subsequent commission under the public seal of the State, appoint a member to be President of the Tribunal. (3) The Oaths Act 1900 applies in respect of a member in the same way as it applies in respect of a Judge of the Supreme Court.
